1) What we do
We provide an escrow system that holds money until the buyer confirms delivery or a dispute is resolved.
2) Your responsibility
- Buyer: Do your due diligence. Make sure what you are buying cannot be taken back after payment is released.
- Seller: Explain the item/account clearly before escrow starts. Do not hide issues.
- Both: Provide real proof during disputes (screenshots, logs, receipts, and delivery proof).
3) Disputes
If a dispute is opened, both sides must submit proof. Support will review the proof and decide based on fairness and platform rules.
4) Fees
Fees may apply for escrow, deposits, withdrawals, and conversions. The current fee settings are shown inside the app.
5) Safety actions
To protect users, we may freeze funds or suspend accounts when fraud is suspected, or when required for investigation.
